ERISA 3(21) Co-Fiduciary Services

 Help the Plan Sponsor develop and implement an Investment Policy Statement (IPS)

 Advise the plan committee on suitable investment options, oversee the investment menu, and suggest appropriate changes in accordance with IPS guidelines 

Provide guidance to the Plan Sponsor on participant education, so it aligns with the guidelines established in the Education Policy Statement (EPS)

Offer counsel, guidance and expense tracking on the investment menu without discretionary authority.

ERISA 3(38) Discretionary Investment Services

 The Plan Sponsor designates us, a Registered Investment Advisor, to oversee and manage the entirety of the investment for the retirement plan

As investment manager, we assume exclusive responsibility for the selection, monitoring, and replacement of the investment options

Plan sponsors are relieved of direct investment responsibilities but retain the ongoing duty to monitor the process, performance and actions of the investment manager

 
We have discretionary authority to select suitable investment options in accordance with the guidelines set forth in the IPS
