Allison Montgomery Crate, CFP®, CIMA®, CRPC®, CPFA® joined the Mayflower team in 2021 as Vice President, Senior Wealth Manager.With over two decades of experience in investment management, Allison is passionate about helping individuals, families, and business owners achieve their financial goals through thoughtful planning and strategic guidance.
Rooted in the belief that integrity is paramount, Allison always puts her clients’ interests first. Her approach is deeply personal, shaped by her upbringing as the oldest of four children in a family of small business owners. Having witnessed both the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship, Allison naturally connects with busy entrepreneurs—many of whom rely on her to help manage their personal wealth and plan for generational success.
In addition to comprehensive financial planning and wealth management, Allison specializes in helping business owners design, implement, and enhance retirement plans. She also leads participant education programs that support employee financial wellness and help businesses attract and retain top talent.
Allison holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland. She holds the CFP®, CIMA®, CRPC®, and CPFA® designations and has been working in the investment management industry since 1999.
Outside of work, Allison and her husband stay active in their children's schools and sporting events. They enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing racquet sports, golfing or relaxing by the beach.
