Chris joined Mayflower Advisors as a Senior Plan Consultant in 2025. He advises corporations and non-profit organizations on structuring cost-efficient, customized benefit programs designed to attract and retain top talent.
Prior to Mayflower, Chris served as a Managing Director at Pensionmark, where his practice focused on corporate retirement plans and executive benefits. He also brings more than 30 years of experience working with leading recordkeepers and investment managers -- including Transamerica, MFS, and State Street -- helping retirement plan clients achieve their goals.
Chris has a passion for helping plan sponsors create environments where participants can succeed in reaching their retirement objectives. At Mayflower, he leverages his expertise in plan design and investments to help organizations strategically enhance their retirement benefits. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and an MBA from the Sawyer School of Management at Suffolk University.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys hockey, is an avid golfer, and loves spending time with his wife, four children and grandson, Finn.
