Jillian Duddy joined the Mayflower team in 2012 as a Client Relationship Manager, bringing an extensive background in client service and relationship management. Now serving as Associate Vice President of Client Integration at Mayflower, Jillian is responsible for overseeing the firm’s billing process, managing new client onboarding, and coordinating all billing and technology changes across linked platforms. Jillian plays a key role in ensuring essential business operations and technology implementations remain in-house, delivering greater control and customization for clients.
With a strong background in financial services and private wealth management, she partners closely with clients and internal teams to provide custom-built technology solutions, alternatives data management, and a wide range of managed services. Jillian is known for her collaborative approach and ability to navigate complex systems with clarity and precision. Her work continues to drive efficiency and innovation across the firm, helping Mayflower deliver exceptional service in an increasingly technology-driven industry.
Jillian graduated from Bridgewater State University, Magna Cum Laude. She resides with her family in Scituate, Massachusetts where she enjoys the beach and chasing her son & twin daughters around endlessly.
