Jonida (Jona) Papajani, CFA®, CAIA®, joined the Mayflower team in 2017 to lead our investment management and research division. With over 19 years of experience, she has a strong track record of helping retirement plans, endowments, foundations, and individual clients achieve their financial goals.
As the Chair of the Investment Committee, she oversees the development of new custom portfolio solutions, portfolio monitoring, and thorough investment research, including due diligence for both public and private market investments.
Before her tenure at Mayflower, Jona built her career at Bank of America, State Street Corporation and H&H Investment Advisors. Her responsibilities included comprehensive portfolio analysis, in-depth investment research across various asset classes (equities, fixed income, and alternative investments), and conducting quarterly market review and outlooks.
Jona holds a Master of Sciences in Investment Management from Boston University. She is an active member of the CFA Institute, CFA Society Boston, CAIA Association, and the CAIA Chapter in Boston. Her personal interests include promoting financial literacy, sightseeing, reading, and following developments in geopolitics.
