Vinson Brod joined the Mayflower team in 2004 to reunite with the firm’s principals and serve as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Compliance Officer (CCO). With over 27 years of experience in the financial services industry, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the company and is responsible for the firm’s internal compliance.
Vin began his career as a financial consultant at Oppenheimer & Company and Baron Chase Securities. He then worked as a Senior Sales Associate at New England Securities. In 1999, he joined H.C. Wainwright & Company, where he managed mutual fund research and the managed portfolio program. Afterward, he served as a Retail Product Analyst at Winslow Crocker & Evans.
Vin earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Northeastern University. Outside of work, Vin enjoys skiing, running, and paddle boarding. He also values spending time with his wife, two sons, and their dog, Bentley.
