Will Ahearn joined the Mayflower team in 2026 as a Client Service Associate, where he works closely with advisors to deliver exceptional service and support to clients. He is passionate about building strong relationships and providing responsive support that helps clients feel confident and well cared for.
Will brings experience from both client-facing roles and the broker-dealer side of the financial services industry. This well-rounded background has given him a strong understanding of wealth management operations, advisor support, and the importance of exceptional client service.
Will earned a Bachelor of Science from Worcester State University, where he double majored in Business Administration and Economics. A Charlestown native, he enjoys staying active, following his Boston sports, and spending quality time with family and friends.
